This farm was on East Clarendon Road.  Shown in the photo is Warren Crossman (1860 - 1944) standing and his stepson Richard Billings (1873 - 1949) seated.  Warren was married to Henrietta "Nettie" Joy (Billings) Crossman (1842 - 1937).  This home has had significant modifications but is still there.

The home is said to have been built in 1880.  If this house is the Benjamin Franklin Mussey (1836 - 1885) home shown on the 1869 map, it could be as old as 1867 when Benjamin bought 90 acres from his wife's aunt Sally Holden (1811 - 1878).  Benjamin was married to Harriet E. Holden (1841 - 1925) and was a farmer & carpenter.
