These maps were made by Ed Moore Jr. in the late 1950's.  His sister Pat said in April 2020:

My father used to take my brothers up to and into the cave in the late 50s. This is a diagram of the inside rooms my brother (Ed Moore Jr) drew. The lowest, largest room was always to flooded to enter, but with a good flashlight you could see names and dates scratched into the walls under water. Said to be made by the “underground railroad”

The two photos at the bottom are courtesy of Pat Moore July 2020.  She notes:

I thought you’d like to see these picture from July 1957 of the Clarendon Cave. The first is my brother Ed Moore Jr. (15 at that time) at the entrance. The second is brother Ron Moore (13) and friend inside the upper level chamber looking into the water filled, larger, sleeping quarters of the Underground Railroad. Names were etched into rose walls, visible through the crystal water.
