This site is deep in the woods below Suzy's Peak approximately 50' from what is being termed an old stagecoach road that was gone prior to the 1854 map being created. It is hypothesized that this structure was a dwelling unit, perhaps for the owners of the adjacent tavern. Who lived here and when are not known. The structure is approximately 15' x 25' or about 375 sq. ft. if it was only a single level. This site is not as well defined and substantial as the tavern and barn. It has been termed "Lookout" in that it sits near the edge of a precipice and would have had a breathtaking view of the valley below.
